Wehrly Bros 150 Years Celebration Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is organised and administered by Wehrly Bros Jewellers, O’Connell Street, Sligo, Ireland (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland Only, aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of Wehrly Bros, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible.

• Entry is limited to one per person; duplicate or fake accounts will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

• Follow @wehrlybros on Instagram or Facebook.

• Like the official giveaway post.

• Entries close when determined by Wehrly Bros.

• No purchase necessary. Internet access required.

4. Prize

• One (1) natural 1.50 ct GIA Certified D Colour Diamond, valued at approximately €15,000, to be mounted in the winner’s choice of a solitaire ring or pendant mount including chain. The winner will be given the choice of one ring mount OR one pendant mount to have the diamond set into. Pendant prize is including chain. All options will be selected by Wehrly Bros.

• Mounting and setting will be provided by Wehrly Bros at no additional cost.

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the competition closing date.

• The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official Wehrly Bros social-media account only.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

• The winner must have completed the steps to enter the draw (i) like the post on Instagram or Facebook and (ii) be a follower of Wehrly Bros on Instagram or Facebook.

6. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that their first name and county may be announced publicly and that photographs taken during the prize presentation may be used by Wehrly Bros for promotional purposes.

The Winner must be available to collect the prize on the day stated by Wehrly Bros or if unavailable send someone to collect and stand in for promotional photograph on their behalf. If someone is sent on behalf of the winner they must agree to their image being shared for promotional/transparency reasons.

7. Data Protection
Personal information supplied will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with GDPR and Wehrly Bros’ Privacy Policy.

8. General

• The Promoter’s decision is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms & Conditions if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts
